Ideas

One of the very first things that made me fall in love with Branden is his passion for inventing, creating, and engineering. I still love this about him. During our marriage, he has shown particular interest in Salt Water aquariums, Cars, Motorcycles, and Computers... I have a feeling this is just the beginning.

He really amazes me. He will get an idea about something, do a bunch of research, and then execute his plan. For example, His Nissan 300zx: He only knew a few things about cars, but he thought that he would like to try to make one super fast. So, he bought himself an old Nissan, did months of research and planning, and then completely rebuilt the car, and I mean COMPLETELY. right now it is just the shell because he is painting it, but soon he will have his super fast "Z", (follow up posts coming soon). He is also currently trying to build a motorcycle to beat the world land speed record. He is going to be racing it on The Flats in September (yes, I will post pictures and stuff bike too).

Anyway, the point of all this is that yesterday as I was walking though our little apartment I realized that every room shows traces of past or present ideas that Branden has had.

this may sound like another one of my complainy posts, but I promise, its not. In fact, it is quite the opposite. My house is taken over by bolts and car parts; it kind of scares me that Branden will be driving a motorcycle at around 200 mph; but I do not let it bother me because I just love that he is not afraid to carry out his ideas and dreams. That is something I have always been weak in. Maybe that's what I love that about him so much--he is not afraid to live his dreams. It is so fun for me to see him working on his projects, even when it is in the middle of the kitchen floor :) I hope I never forget how much I love his creativity and ingenuity... lets just hope for a garage some day. :)

people ask if it feels like she is coming soon, the answer is no. I honestly would not be surprised if she is late, but she better come soon because her Grandma is coming out next week and I think she would like to meet her.
