On Thursday of the reunion. A group of us went to Cedar Point.
For those of you who do not know what Cedar Point is, it is basically the funnest place on earth! Its an amusement park in Ohio, that is known for its world-record breaking roller coasters, its even called "Cedar Point, Americas Roller Coast". look it up, and then go.
When my family lived in Michigan back when I was a cute little pre-teen.

We would go every year despite the long drive and cost -- its worth it--
In fact, I love Cedar Point so much that in College I did a 15 min presentation on it in my "effective business presentation" class. My professor said it was one of the best, and most enthusiastic presentations she had ever seen; of course it was, Cedar Point is awesome
Anyway, so on Thursday, my mom and dad watched the girls so that Branden and I could go and have fun with Lisa, Tyler, Daniel, Hannah, Sam, Michelle, Samuel, and Sarah
I spent most of my time with Daniel and Branden. The three of us had Fast Passes so we were able to hit every large Coaster except Mean Streak because non of us wanted a head-ache
This is us on Magnum:
I LOVED that ride
a few of my other favorites were:
Gate Keeper (super smooth)
Maverick (steepest hill in the world at 95 degrees)
Millennium Force (mile long track and it held the record for tallest for a while)
Raptor (also was the tallest at one point... a long long time ago)
and, the classic, Power tower. (we rode it like 4 times)
I also spent some time with Hannah which was a lot of fun, and the whole group played a game of Bumper cars (its a family tradition)
Branden and Daniel rode Top Thrill Dragster which is just about 6 feet from being the tallest in the world.
*all of the roller coaster pictures above are from the CP website
Unfortunately, my phone died just after we entered the park so the only other picture I have is of Sarah and Samuel on the Mine Ride:
I will be doing a post a little later with all of the pictures with other peoples phones.
Cedar Point was a lot of fun! and I was really grateful to get to share one of my favorite childhood memories with Branden. Also, now he cannot argue that Disney Land or 6 Flags is the best Amusement park... cause it is and always will be Cedar Point
I cannot wait to take my kids there someday, maybe next year ;)
